Incredible Thinkers Change you but don’t just take our word for it…

“It was good to meet you and to participate in the ‘Incredible Thinking’ workshop for Arighi Bianchi last week. It was inspirational and a wake-up call for taking responsibility in shaping one’s own future. It’s so easy to operate on autopilot & lose focus. I am already using some of the tools you mentioned and am thinking about how best to identify & achieve my own goals. Thank you.” – Karen Wilrycx, Arighi Bianchi

“I have found my personal coaching sessions to be of immense benefit both in my business life and my personal life. Your coaching has enabled me to make informed choices about the future of my business and more importantly the future of my family. I look forward to your support and challenge on the rest of my journey.” – Chris Fargher, Director, Communicom

“The Incredible Thinking Programme made me look at things completely differently and it has helped me both at work and at home. In terms of my team it has created a massive positivity shift in the way they think. I have already recommended this to my previous boss and I want all 110 members of my team to attend the course.” – Nick Bianchi, Director, Arighi Bianchi.

“The reason I would recommend working with Incredible Thinkers is that the team really challenge and stretch you to achieve better results. They tailored the programme to suit my objectives and they flexed the day to get the best output for the group of individuals in my team. As well as a high learning experience the day was great fun and nobody wanted it to end.” – Andrew Milne, Commercial Director, Vimto

“Since attending your ‘Incredible Thinking’ course I have implemented all of the techniques you explained and as a result I am now able to take on more work and deliver better results to my clients. I can’t wait to attend the next part of the programme.” – David Addison, Managing Director, Photography in Focus

“I found your Incredible Thinking course extremely empowering. I had never taken the time to think about the control I have over my own emotions and the course has made me really reflect on this and in particular how it affects my relationships. Rather than feel frustrated by others I now work hard to understand why they see things differently to me.” – Becky Hughes, Accountant, Vimto

As the leading soft drinks brand of Nichols plc, an international soft drinks business with sales in over 85 countries, Vimto are in the still, carbonated, post-mix and frozen drinks categories and can be found in supermarkets, discount retailers, cash and carries, pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants, and leisure sectors. The business is large and spans all corporate head office functions with a large team based in Salford. http://vimto.co.uk/

What we did…

The Incredible Thinking journey at Vimto started with individual coaching sessions with key management mainly the Chief Executive Officer and the board. The fit of our methodologies and thinking with the direction of corporate culture change was so that this then progressed onto wider engagement.

We developed the ‘Great Line Manager’ programme for the business which included eight workshops aimed at rising star middle managers.

Utilising The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometric profiling framework as the basis for coaching, our team then delivered bespoke team days using MBTI to improve performance and resolve specific issues within the individual team.
